There is therefore an urgent operational requirement to purchase a turntable ladder before the hire agreement comes to an end.

All submissions must be completed and submitted electronically, in accordance with the instructions in the ITT.
SFRS shall not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses, irrespective of the outcome to of the competition, or if the competition is cancelled or postponed. Bidding and any bid costs are entirely at the risk of bidders and will not be refunded by SFRS under any circumstances.
Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
