This is an OJEU collaborative procurement for a scaffolding framework. The framework will run for 12 months with 3 possible x 12 month extensions, meaning a total possible contract period of 4 years.

The framework consists of four lots:-

Lot 1: Supply and installation of scaffolding in the Barnsley borough.

Lot 2: Supply and installation of scaffolding in the Doncaster borough.

Lot 3: Purchase of scaffolding items.

Lot 4: Hire of scaffolding items.

Lodging of appeals

Berneslai Homes and St Leger Homes Doncaster incorporated a standstill period at the point of the award of the contract for a minimum of 10 calendar days. This provided time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before then contract was entered into. The public contract regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
