Bids are permitted from Insurance Companies, Underwriting Agencies and Managing General Agents on behalf of Insurance Companies. Bids are not permitted directly from Insurance Brokers.

Bidders must be authorised by the FCA or EU equivalent to carry on business in the classes of insurance as detailed in Annexe B under this Contract Notice and be complying with any requirements set out by such authorisation.

Minimum level(s) of standard possibly required

Bidders are expected to be Standard and Poor (or Bidders are expected to be Standard and Poor (or equivalent agency AM Best, Moody's) rated A- or better. if you do not hold a financial rating from a rating agency please provide your financial statements for the past 2 years for consideration by the authority or contact us to discuss alternative means of demonstrating your financial strength.
