Abstract

Contract opportunity for the Provision of EU Quality Standards Aligned Modernisation of Renewable Energy - Engineering Curriculum for Bachelor and Master students and Improving Skills Development of Ph.D. students in Universities of Latin America.

Recently shortlisted for the Times Higher Education University of the Year 2017, Northumbria University at Newcastle seeks to appoint suitable vendors to deliver this key and prestigious contract during 2018.

The University is looking to make a significant investment in a range of Engineering Educational Training Solution packages that will be deployed to key partner institutions located in Brazil, Columbia, and Cuba.

We seek to invite bids from potential partners who can furnish the full requirements of this contract opportunity to all of the partner institutions and countries outlined below and within the ITT.

The contract will involve supply, design, installation, implementation, training, and shipping of the consignment as per the defined scope within the tender release.

The specification as outlined in this ITT cover the following requirements:

— Educational PEM Fuel Cell,

— Photovoltaic Cell Training System,

— Wind Turbine Training System, and,

— Rankine Cycle Steam Turbine.

To be shipped and deployed to the following locations:-.

— Brazil - Universidade Federal de Itajuba (UNIFEI) and Universidade Federal Da Bahia (UFBA),

— Columbia - Universidad de Santander (UDES) and Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS), and,

— Cuba - Universidad de Oriente (UDO) and Instituto Superior Politécnico José Antonio Echeverría.
