The aim is to procure a Developer to Design, Build, Own and Operate a Grade ‘A’ office building of minimum 50000 sqft nett. The building is to be constructed on an existing enabling platform, constructed in 2013/14, which has the capacity to carry buildings up to 5 storeys and owned by the Contracting Authority on its Site at Ebrington. The selected developer will be responsible for achieving planning approval for 2 buildings totalling up to 100000 sqft gross in line with the approved Ebrington Development Framework which highlights this particular site as suitable for a landmark office building. The selected developer will not be expected to deliver the second building under this procurement. As part of this procurement, the department will offer grant assistance of up to £ 5 000 000.00 towards the timely delivery of this key project. Under this procurement, the contractor will be required to support The Executive Office’s social benefit objectives.
