— a full range of modern workout equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, and cross trainers.
— an extensive range of strength building equipment including rigs and free weights.
— a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi on premises.
— provision of other wellbeing services such as physiotherapy.
— access to squash court facilities.
