Framework to execute a cross tenure disabled adaptations service and bulk lift maintenance service, within the boundaries of the City of Salford. The works shall involve:

1) The supply, installation, servicing and routine maintenance of lifting equipment under warranty and associated works for persons with restricted mobility. The works shall be issued under individual call-offs in order to facilitate individual Client adaptations schemes;

b) A bulk maintenance service for the regular preventative maintenance lifting equipment featuring on the "Lift Maintenance Portfolio".
