Abstract
1. The purpose of the scheme is to construct a new footway from the junction of the A499 along the Class 3 Ffordd Trevor to its junction with Beach Road.
2. The scope of the works for this scheme will include the following:-
• Site Clearance,
• Minor Drainage Works,
• Construction of New Footway (including Kerbings and Surfacing Works),
• Fencing Work,
• Landscaping Works.
3.The proposed works will be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the NEC4 ECSC
