Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (the “Authority") is issuing this invitation to tender (“ITT") in connection with the competitive procurement in establishing a Finance Systems and Services Framework collaboratively with Basildon and Thurrock University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust.
The Framework Agreement will be available for use by contracting bodies throughout the whole of England as described in the OJEU Contract Notice.
