Abstract

The Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways – Heritage Training Programme would like to recruit an evaluator to commence immediately. The evaluator will collect, analyse and interpret qualitative and quantitative information to establish the extent to which the work is meeting its proposed outcomes. Some of this data will already be available at commencement of employment/contract. The aim of the evaluation is to assess whether the heritage workforce in Wales/UK has been diversified through this project, and whether the training programme has been successful in upskilling individuals and thus creating an ongoing legacy of sustainable skills for the future, within the heritage railway sector.

The Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways – Heritage Training Programme would like to recruit an evaluator to commence immediately.
