NHS commercial solutions is seeking to procure, through a Framework Agreement, a panel of suitably experienced and qualified consultants to provide expert guidance to NHS and, potentially, other public sector organisations, in the field of property and estates strategy development and management. Specifically included are property appraisals (6 facet surveys).

The purpose of this is to facilitate the delivery of one or more of the 6 facet surveys identified in the “Land and Property appraisal” guidance document developed from Estatecode. This lot is divided into 7 sublots, the first 6 of which each align to the above mentioned facet surveys, as follows:
