This is a notice for Social and Specific Services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council Article 74 and Regulations 74 to 76 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The procurement falls under Schedule 3 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (Regulations) (Health, Social and Related Services Category) (known commonly as the “Light Touch Regime”). London Metropolitan University is seeking to procure the services of an Online Programmes Management (OPM) provider to enable us to meet our online learning ambitions and on a greater scale than we could alone. The University is seeking to realise market opportunities and products and to recruit students on a global scale. The successful bidder will have strengths that complement the University's and have a track record of working with organisations to successfully develop, launch and deliver major online learning programmes.
