The Scunthorpe and Gainsborough Water Management Board (S&GWMB) has commissioned North Lincolnshire Council (NLC) to undertake a formal tender exercise on its behalf to procure contractor(s) to deliver the watercourse maintenance services commencing July 2019. Services are separated into the following lots:
Lot 1: Northern Area — removal of emergent growth and flailing;
Lot 2: Southern Area — removal of emergent growth (flailing is provisional).

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:
In accordance with Regulation 87 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 the S&GWMB will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar days standstill period starting from the day following the date of the award decision notification is despatched to bidders. This period allows unsuccessful bidders to invoke the remedies within the Public Contracts Regulations before the contract is entered into. Applicants have until midnight of the 10th day of the standstill period to do this.
