Ancholme Internal Drainage Board (AIDB) has commissioned North Lincolnshire Council (NLC) to undertake a formal tender exercise on its behalf to procure contractor(s) to deliver the watercourse maintenance services commencing July 2019. Services are separated into the following lots:
Lot 1: Removal of aquatic vegetation from bed, clearance of culverts and flail mowing of banks within District A;
Lot 2: Removal of aquatic vegetation from bed, clearance of culverts and flail mowing of banks within District B.

In accordance with Regulation 87 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 the AIDB will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar days standstill period starting from the day following the date of the award decision notification is despatched to bidders. This period allows unsuccessful bidders to invoke the remedies within the Public Contracts Regulations before the contract is entered into. Applicants have until midnight of the 10th day of the standstill period to do this.
