Conditions to be fulfilled by economic operators in view of their qualification:
1) Health and Safety policy (pdf copy required);
2) Last 2 years audited accounts (pdf copies required);
3) Availability within the North London area — number of excavators and drivers, and post code areas covered;
4) Location of depots and numbers of excavators with drivers at those depots;
5) Whether excavators/drivers are owned or subcontracted (if both, the proportion of the total numbers).
