The College has experienced a recent growth in teaching, clinical and research activities. This is now putting increasing pressure on the College’s building and facilities more, particularly at the Hawkshead Campus. The College has embarked upon a significant project to expand and redevelop and heart of its Hawkshead Campus. Due to the scale of the project the College has set out a Restricted OJEU Procurement Process, in order to select a Main Contractor to accompany them on this journey. The College is therefore seeking responses the prequalification SQ in order to select contractors for the tender stage and then onward into contract appointment.
