II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The works involve the appointment of a Contractor to work with the Contracting Authority to undertake a variety of Works within the Contracting Authorities sites over an anticipated 4 year term with, at the Contracting Authorities sole election, the possibility of a years extension. The full term in any event will be no longer than 5 years. The individual Orders range from 1 000 GBP to 75 000 GBP in value (excluding VAT). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to issue orders outside of these values from time to time. The approximate annual expenditure is estimated to be 1 800 000 GBP per annum.

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:
The Trust incorporated a standstill period at the point the decision regarding the award of the contract was communicated to tenderers. The standstill period shall be in accordance with Regulation 87 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Part 3 of the Regulations provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of Regulations to take legal action. Any such action must be started in the High Court within the applicable limitation period set out in Part 3. The purpose of the standstill period referred to above is to allow the parties to apply to the Courts to set aside the award decision before the contract is entered into.
