It is Hyde’s intention in respect of this invitation to tender to appoint a Main Contractor under a design and building contract, to undertake the delivery of 163 mixed tenure homes in Store Road, E16 2JS. Within the new development this will include amenity space and landscaping works which include play areas, roof gardens, courtyards and terraces. Provision of underground car park to provide 70 primary parking spaces and 17 wheelchair accessible parking spaces. 20 % of the parking spaces will have electric vehicle charging points. Provision of 271 cycle parking spaces across the site. Works include associated access roads (permanent and temporary as required), footpaths, parking bays, drainage, external lighting, general external works, the design coordination and agreement of Section 278 works and other public realm works.
