“The London Borough of Sutton (Sutton Council) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of home care and support services. Contracts will be for a period of 4 years commencing in February 2019.
Please note this provision falls within Regulation 75(1), Section 7 of the Public Contract Regulations 2016 (the “Light Touch Regime” (LTR) for Health, Social, Education and certain other service contracts). This regulation provides some flexibility with regards to procurement procedures.
