Flagship Group invites you to submit tender for the provision of a real time platform for the collection, analysis and presentation of customer feedback to track Flagship Group’s customer journey and interactions across multiple touchpoints along with an annual NPS relationship survey. Flagship Group would be looking for a solution to be in place by 1.3.2019 for 1 year plus optional three extension periods of 1 year each at Flagship Group discretion.
