Abstract

Pobl Group intends to establish a contract with a registered body that will conduct Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) Checks on its behalf. The requirement is predominantly for the provision of Enhanced Checks but the successful body shall be able to provide Standard checks should these be required going forward. The registered body must maintain registration with the Disclosure Barring Service for the period of the contract in order to provide these checks. The Authority must be informed immediately whereby registration ceases for whatever reason.
