The delivery and installation of the supplies is mainly to be made to Corserv depots and sites in Cornwall.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Corserv Ltd, its group of companies are seeking suppliers to provide a wide range of office furniture including seating, desks, and storage. This contract will be split in to 2 Lots. Lot 1 for the supply and delivery of office furniture and Lot2 for supply, delivery and installation of ergonomic furniture items as set out in the specification document.
The framework agreement shall take effect on the commencement date and shall continue for the term of this framework agreement or extended by agreement by the parties for up to three further periods of 12 months with a maximum overall duration of 4 years. The weightings on the contract will be 60 % commercial and 40 % quality.
