The contract period for this framework agreement is 3 years, plus the option to extend for a further 12 months, subject to continued demand, satisfactory performance and pricing. The framework agreement will consist of the following lots:
Lot 1: General Administrative, Specialist Professional, Estates and Facilities Roles (One-Stop Shop);
Lot 2: Specialist Professional Roles;
Lot 3: Estates and Facilities Roles (to include Property Services).
