Cotswold District Council, (CDC) and Forest of Dean District Council, (FODDC) require parking operational services. Civil Enforcement Officers, (CEO’s) are required for duties in their off-street car parks. These duties will include enforcement, maintenance of payment equipment and other ancillary duties. The contract will commence on 1.4.2020 and will run for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for 2 years followed by an option to extend for a further 1 year, at the discretion of the Council (2 + 2 + 1). The supplier will be required to commence implementation prior to the contract start date with staff available, trained and equipped.
