II.2.4) Description of the procurement
To procure a replacement integrated communication control system and mobilising solution for the combined fire control, which will be 5 years from commencement of operational services date (Go live) plus and implementation period of no more than 18 months. Once the initial 5-year operational term comes to an end there will be an option to extend for up to 2 periods of up to 24 months each. Please note the authority provides a control room function for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service under an agreement pursuant to section 16 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004.
