Description of the goods or services required

The production of a scheduled and costed urban tree planting plan to be completed and invoiced by 30 March 2021 and for the subsequent delivery of this tree planting plan in financial year April 2021-March 2022.

Tree planting at 15 priority locations in Kinmel Bay,Towyn and Llandudno will be appraised and a costed scheduled plan produced to cater for £97,500 2021-22 project delivery budget.

Additional Information

To fund the tree planting plan production work, there is a £12,000 preparatory works grant until 30/03/21. The preferred option is that this grant funds the completion of a tree planting delivery plan , maximising the use of the capital works delivery budget £97,500 for tree planting in 2021-22.

There may however be some leeway dependent on prices for some of the planning work to be rolled forward beyond 1 April 2021.

Given the tight time frame for plan production, possible extension of the planning work into April 2021 and to ensure tender submissions. Tenders are invited to give prices for both partial and complete tree planting plans.
