Supply & Lodging of Energy Performance Certificates

Hafod are seeking to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced contractor to conduct circa 600 Energy Performance Certificates annually over a 3 year term. The properties will be spread across 9 local authority areas in South Wales, and across two Lots; occupied and vacant properties.

Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems.

Total quantity or scope of tender

Lot 1 - 500 Domestic Energy Performance Certificates on Hafod occupied properties, estimated at 125 monthly for 4 months annually over a period of 3 years. Totaling 1500 EPC’s throughout the contract duration.

Lot 2 - To undertake Energy Performance Certificates on void properties as they arise within Hafod stock. These void properties would come with a required turn around of 72 Hours (3 Working days) allowing the property to be re-let as soon as possible. We are estimating this to equate to around 100 EPC’s each year. Totaling an estimate of 300 EPC’s throughout the 3 year contract duration.
