Abstract

Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council (BGCBC) are seeking tenders from a professional and reputable company to undertake a Grass Cutting Service for Parks, Sports-fields, Play Areas, Open Spaces and Cemeteries within the borough. The Grounds Maintenance section manages the grass cutting operations of Parks, Sports-fields, Play Areas, Open Spaces and Cemeteries within the borough. The council currently cuts grass seasonally at the above mentioned sites between the Months of April and October following an agreed scheduled cutting cycle. The Authority is therefore seeking to tender the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to: 1.Work alongside the existing Grounds Maintenance team (tractor drivers) to undertake the seasonal grass-cutting operations for open spaces, identified parks and play areas 2.Undertake seasonal grass-cutting operations at 4 identified cemeteries
