Crawley Borough Council is seeking an experienced contractor to provide installation of new aids and adaptations in Crawley Homes properties to meet customer’s needs as they arise. The works range from a complete ‘wet area’ installation including electric shower, basin, WC, tiled walls, drained waterproof floor, extraction fan, dryer, grab rails, drainage, etc., to installation of level access shower with electric shower and isolated installations of grab rails, handrailing, etc., an external ramped access and half steps, railings and balustrades.

Crawley Borough Council is looking for a suitably skilled contractor to provide installation of new aids and adaptations in Crawley Homes properties to meet customer’s needs as they arise. The works range from a complete ‘wet area’ installation including electric shower, basin, WC, tiled walls, drained waterproof floor, extraction fan, dryer, grab rails, drainage, etc., to installation of level access shower with electric shower and isolated installations of grab rails, handrailing, etc., an external ramped access and half steps, railings and balustrades. The contract will be awarded for a period of 5 years from 2021 until 2026, with an option to extend for a further 2 years period subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the Council.
