We're looking for web developers (individuals or agencies) that are interested in the redesign and build of our website to reflect our brand and our moving into a new home in Bangor.

WHO ARE FRÂN WEN?

• Frân Wen is a theatre company for young people based in North West Wales.

• We create and tour fearless Welsh language theatre.

• Our new home in Bangor will potentially host small-scale public performances.

• Young people are at the heart of everything we do. Our new home in Bangor will be a space to programme small-scale performances and various projects and events.

• Last year we engaged with 14,447 young people, with a specific focus on nurturing confidence, self-worth and supporting young people to reach their full potential through creativity.

• We put inclusivity and accessibility at the heart of our practice and we want our website to reflect this.

• Evaluation of our current website, in terms of image, content and functionality. How can we improve?

• Redesign the site using our existing branding.

• To feedback initial concept and work with us to create and refine a website that will work effectively for the next 5 years.

• Produce the final design, build and test the site, working with our host provider.

SUBMISSION

Your submission should include:

• Total fee (including VAT) for all design, build costs, including meeting at our offices / on-line.

• Examples of previous work and an initial rough concept for our site (1 page of A4).

• Time scale (based on us being helpful and responsive).

• Draft website framework plan available on request.

• We currently host the site and this service will continue.

• Our decision will be based 60% on quality and 40% on cost.

• We reserve the right not to accept the cheapest quote.
