The procurement involves the establishment of a framework agreement with several operators.
Justification for any framework agreement duration exceeding 4 years: Four year framework with options to extend for an initial 2 year period followed by a further 1 year period. Extensions will be primarily based upon works which straddle the contract expiry date to ensure continuity of service and support throughout high profile legal support requirements.
