Proposed Residential Development at Parc Maen Hir, Letterston - Phase II

Description of the goods or services required

The proposed development scheme consists of the construction of 26 affordable homes as Phase II at Parc Maen Hir, Letterston.:-

The scheme mix is as follows: -

• 8 x 4 Person 2 Bed Houses

• 2 x 4 Person 3 Bed Houses

• 4 x 2 Person 1 Bed Flats

• 2 x 3 Person 2 Bed Elderly Person Bungalows

• 6 x 3 Person 2 Bedroom Bungalows

• 4 x 2 Person 1 Bed Bungalows

The properties are to be non-fossil fuel heated – most likely via Air Source Heat pumps, and we would like the contractor to use a form of MMC for the construction. The minimum starting point for this being a pre-insulated timber frame, but we would be open to any sensible suggestions from the contractor.
