The Council is looking to procure housing related support services, from experienced and suitably qualified registered providers, who must also provide the residents accommodation. All accommodation must be based within Southend-on-Sea. It is important that any provider that is interested in delivering this service will have access to all accommodation by the inception of the contract.
Any provider tendering for this service must be able to provide the minimum units of accommodation, and the allocated number of housing related support hours, per week
