seeking to appoint strategic partner(s) for the provision of car park management services.
TfL’s objective with this car park portfolio is to consider how best to maintain revenue and
customer benefit, while also future proofing for longer term demands and opportunities for
car parking space to support Mayoral goals.

This Lot shall focus on providing a fully managed car park management services, alongside
technology project management and various revenue and inventory management functions.
Whilst the customer facing payment platform will be provided for under Lot 2, this Lot shall
be accountable for the seamless integration with Lot 2 in order to deliver both traditional
PCN and ANPR enforcement.
