II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Health Education England (HEE) is seeking to commission an education provider who will provide a high-quality reflective parenting intervention training programme to practitioners across the 75 eligible Local Authorities (LA), whether they have paid or volunteer positions. The aim of this procurement is to upskill practitioners, enabling them to deliver evidence-based reflective parenting interventions in their local area to better support local families in improving the quality of parent-infant relationships.<br/><br/>It is desired that through this training, practitioners are upskilled in how to deliver a reflective parenting programme, resulting in more of such programmes being delivered across the 75 LAs. As there are already developed, evidence-based programmes within the market, we are seeking to purchasing an ‘off the shelf’ product.

This is an exciting opportunity to support Health Education England with this provision.<br/><br/>The maximum financial envelope for this procurement exercise is £680,000 (£340,000 per year) exclusive of Vat. The contract period will be for two (2) years, with no option to extend.<br/><br/>The deadline for submission of completed ITT submissions is 13th February 2023 at 12:00pm (midday).
