Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council invites Tenders to establish a contract for the provision of security services at its education estate comprising:

• Alarm Monitoring & Response

• Key Holding & Response

• Opening/Closing of Premises

• Mobile Patrols

At the conclusion of the procurement exercise, it is the Council’s intention to establish a contract for the prescribed services for the period April 2023 – 31st March 2026 (with an option to extend for a further period of 12 monthly increment).

Minimum standards and qualification required

This Procurement exercise is being run by the Authority's e-tendering portal Bravo Solutions https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk.

Tender documents are only available via the Bravo Solutions portal and by no other means. Companies must be registered on the Bravo Solutions portal to gain access to documents. Registration to this site is free

of charge.

Tender documents are accessible up until the 6th February 2023 with clarifications allowed until 17:00 on the 30th January 2023.

Deadlines for submissions being 12 noon on the 6th February 2023.
