The proposed framework agreement is a single lot framework structure with a maximum of six (6) suppliers awarded. The framework will allow for both direct award and further competitions. It is anticipated that requirements below £30,000 will be contracted on a direct award basis to the highest scoring supplier on the framework (however TfGM retains the right to compete any requirement under the framework). All works with a value over £30,000 will require a further competition involving all suppliers awarded on the framework. As well as this, TfGM intend to enter into a reactive maintenance contract with the highest scoring framework provider and allow a direct award option to this provider up to the value of £30,000 for any individual contract.
