Conwy County Borough Council is currently seeking to procure a suitably qualified Contractor for the performance of the following contract:

Design and Build Parc Eirias Stadium Development, Abergele Road, Colwyn Bay

The tender process will follow 2 stages as described below:

-The 1st stage of the tender process aims to select a Contractor as the preferred bidder with whom to move into the 2nd stage process

-The 2nd Stage will commence once the preferred bidder from the 1st Stage has been identified.

-The chosen contractor will then be responsible for the design development through to completion (subject to Client funding).

Please be advised that the contracts are subject to funding being secured and may not go-ahead.
