However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.The framework will be open to all members of the NEUPC whether or not they are classed as Contracting Authorities under the Public Contract Regulations.

For clarity bidders may bid on both specialisms but only one region eg 1a & 2a. The maximum number of suppliers of 40 will only be awarded to the framework in instances where there are no suppliers awarded to both specialisms.
