The Contract (below PCR thresholds) was competitively let using the GCloud 12 framework. A technical and commercial evaluation was completed on the keyword search function returned shortlisted suppliers to lead to winning call-off supplier who provided the most technically and commercially appropriate service. This is the process described under the GCloud CCS commercial policy and guidance.
