Wrexham County Borough Council requires the collection, transportation and disposal of landfill leachate from leachate chambers at Llay Landfill Site, Llay New Road, Llay, Wrexham (National Grid Reference 332990, 354510) (hereinafter referred to as ‘Llay’) and the former Llan-y-pwll Quarry, Holt Road, Wrexham (National Grid Reference 336000, 351800) (hereinafter referred to as ‘Llan-y-pwll’).
