SCF is a successful partnership between Devon County Council and Hampshire County Council. We offer efficient frameworks for public sector organisations. Having delivered over £8bn of public sector construction we are leaders in achieving value from two stage open book procurement. Our goal is to support users through the project management and procurement process to ensure that they get maximum value and benefits. Our team of framework managers have supported public clients since 2006. SCF Consult is a key part of the group, supporting the public sector across all types of property, construction, and asset management services.

SCF are founder members of the National Association of Construction Frameworks (NACF), who play a unique role in leading the ongoing adoption of best practice in local government and across the public sector, mentioned in the Construction Playbook.

The SCF Consult presentation is to brief consultants on the proposed new SCF Consult 2 Framework due to go live in August 2024 and the presentation is intended to be available to view from Wednesday 31 January 2024.
