Description of the goods or services required
Celtic Sea Power are looking to engage the services of a communications specialist to review our internal processes and help CSP develop an effective policy influence, stakeholder, communications strategy and management plan. This would be followed by integration into CSP’s day-to-day activity, with ongoing delivery support.
