This Framework is for the Provision of Keyholding, Alarm Response and Mobile Patrol Services on behalf of Durham County Council at various sites across County Durham.
The Council's requirements have been split into the following geographical Lot(s):

• Lot 2 - South Durham
• Lot 3 - Cross-Boundary
• Lot 4 - Out of County
The expected start date for the proposed Framework is 1st April 2024.
The expected end date for the proposed Framework is 31st March 2028.
The maximum call-off contract period from the Framework is 4-years, the last day for any call-off contract to be made will be 31st March 2028. Therefore, a call-off contract via this framework, if completed on the date stipulated above, will not expire until 31st March 2032 if the maximum period call-off contract is taken. Shorter term call-off arrangements will also be available under this Framework.
