The tender is looking procure a design team to take forward and develop upon the feasibility work already undertaken that identifies how Hampton Dene’s Language and Communication Centre can be expanded to accommodate an additional 16 pupils.
It is anticipated that the multi-disciplinary team will undertake all tasks included within RIBA Stages 2-6. The successful tenderer will also be expected to assist the Council in preparing relevant tender documents and evaluations for a contractor to deliver the works
