The House of Lords and the House of Commons (the Authorities, acting jointly) requires the provision of a fully managed linen, uniform hire, laundry and dry cleaning service. Table linen is hired as required by both Houses for banqueting events with the costs borne by the third party hosting the event. The services provided should be of the highest quality at all times so as to ensure the smooth operation of the Catering Departments of both Houses. The services are to be provided daily. The Authority expects to appoint a single quality supplier for this contract who can demonstrate they have the ability to supply value for money and fit for purpose products and/or services as identified in these requirements, in the most economically advantageous way.
