This contract was awarded by direct award under the Crown Commercial Service Framework Agreement RM6168 (Estate Management Services).<br/><br/>The framework was competitively procured and published in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The award of this call-off contract complies with Regulation 33 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, which permits direct award where the framework agreement sets out all the terms governing the provision of the services.<br/><br/>No further competition was required as the framework terms allow for direct award and the supplier was selected in accordance with the framework rules.
