The key services being sought are in relation to Term Roofing Contractor are planned works, routine maintenance works, and unplanned reactive works. In addition, from time to time and despite the controls in place to prevent them, emergency repair or maintenance works may need to be carried out, out with normal working hours and is applicable to NHSDG Estates properties throughout Dumfries & Galloway. All in line with all relevant statutory legislation and manufacturers guidance.

III.1) Conditions for participation
III.1.1) Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
List and brief description of conditions:
It is a requirement for the Contractor must be a member of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors or the Confederation of Roofing Contractors.
It is a mandatory requirement that the successful Contractor must ensure that all staff and operatives are fully certificated by an appropriate regulatory body and must be suitably qualified and certified to carry out the work.
It is a mandatory requirement of NHSDG that all contractors must be registered as CHAS Advanced members proof of registration will be required prior to acceptance of any contractor. If not CHAS Advanced registered at the time of submission of the SPD, then a stated undertaking that if successful at the ITT stage this will be achieved within six months of contract award is acceptable at this stage.
