Procurement description

Engagement process description
We are seeking expressions of interests from any organisations who may be able to deliver this service on behalf of the Authority, in particularly third sector organisations. To express an interest please e-mail procurement@flintshire.gov.uk with a brief overview of the service you are able to provide by no later than 12noon 23rd January 2026.
The intention is to have pre-market engagement discussions with interested parties, including any charities, social enterprises and local repair groups. Site visits may also be included in the pre-market engagement phase to understand best-practice shop operations, logistics and repair workflows.
