Disgrifiad o'r broses gaffael
Bydd Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili yn rheoli'r broses gaffael ar ran Adnodd ar gyfer sefydlu Cytundeb Fframwaith ar gyfer caffael adnoddau addysgol Cymraeg a dwyieithog a gwasanaethau ymgynghori addysgol. Mae’n bosib i gyflenwyr gael eu penodi i fwy nag un Lot sy’n cwmpasu’r meysydd canlynol:
• Lot 1 – Adnoddau digidol ac aml-gyfrwng.
• Lot 2 – Adnoddau print (gyda sianeli dosbarthu sefydliedig/parod).
• Lot 3 – Darparwyr cynnwys creadigol ee awduron, dylunwyr, dylunwyr graffeg ayb.
• Lot 4 – Ymgynghorywydd Addysg.
• Lot 5 – Ymchwil, casglu a dadansoddi data, a gwerthuso.
Disgrifiad o'r broses ymgysylltu
Mae Adnodd yn sefydlu cytundeb fframwaith newydd ar gyfer caffael adnoddau addysgol Cymraeg a dwyieithog a gwasanaethau ymgynghori addysgol.
Ar ôl ei sefydlu, y Fframwaith fydd prif ddull comisiynu Adnodd ar gyfer:
• adnoddau addysgol
• cynnwys creadigol
• prosiectau ymchwil, gwerthuso a data
• ymgynghoriaeth addysgol
Rydym yn chwilio am ystod eang o gyflenwyr a datblygwyr cynnwys creadigol a all helpu i gyflawni ein cenhadaeth o ddarparu adnoddau addasadwy a hawdd eu defnyddio yn y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg a fydd yn cefnogi ac yn ysbrydoli addysgu a dysgu Cwricwlwm Cymru.
Bydd y fframwaith yn rhedeg i ddechrau am bedair blynedd, gydag opsiwn i’w ymestyn am bedair blynedd arall. Byddwn yn ailagor y fframwaith yn rheolaidd i roi cyfle i gyflenwyr newydd fod yn rhan o’n rowndiau comisiynu.
Byddwn yn cynnal dau gweminar ymgysylltu â’r farchnad er mwyn rhannu gwybodaeth Bellach. Cynigir yr un sesiwn ddwywaith. Dylai ymgeiswyr fynychu un sesiwn yn unig.

Procurement description
Caerphilly County Borough Council acting on behalf of Adnodd will be managing the procurement process for establishing the Framework Agreement for the Procurement of Bilingual Educational Resources, Educational Consultancy and Support Services. It is possible for suppliers to be appointed to more than one lot across the following areas:
• Lot 1 – Digital and multi-media resources
• Lot 2 – Print resources (with existing / well-established channels for distribution
• Lot 3 – Creative content providers eg authors, illustrators, graphic designers etc
• Lot 4 – Educational Consultancy
• Lot 5 – Research, data collection and analysis, and evaluation
Engagement process description
Adnodd is establishing a new framework agreement for the procurement of Welsh and bilingual educational resources and educational support services.
Once established, the Framework will be Adnodd’s primary commissioning method for:
- educational resources (print and digital)
- creative content
- research, evaluation and data projects
- educational consultancy
We are looking for a wide range of suppliers and creative content developers who can help fulfil our mission of providing adaptable and user-friendly resources in both Welsh and English that will support and inspire the teaching and learning of the Curriculum for Wales.
The framework will run initially for four years, with an option to extend for a further four years. We will re-open the framework at regular intervals to allow new and emerging suppliers the opportunity to be part of our commissioning rounds.
Adnodd will be holding two on-line pre-market engagement webinars to share further details of this exciting opportunity. The same session will be offered twice, and applicants should only attend one session.
